Parental Relations Executive ( PRE)

Alephya Education is seeking a Parent Relations Executive (PRE) to join one of our school teams in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role supports enrolment growth through lead conversion, strong parent engagement, and the management of the school’s organic social media presence.

General: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for existing and prospective parents.
  • Build strong relationships to support parent retention.
  • Manage the school’s organic social media channels daily, creating engaging content aligned with the school’s marketing and admissions goals.

Prospective Parents :

  • Lead school tours for prospective families, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Conduct initial calls to leads from the database, following up daily to drive conversion.
  • Welcome and manage all prospective parent enquiries.
  • Maintain and update all digital lead records daily to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support the Admissions team with assessments and enrolments as required.
  • Prepare and send welcome information packs to new families before joining.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and host induction and transition events.

Existing Parents – Supporting Focus:

  • Maintain open communication with existing parents throughout the year.
  • Organise parent/community events to support engagement and school celebrations.
  • Work closely with parent bodies such as the Parent Council and Parent Ambassadors.
  • Support and promote parent engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and develop school communication channels (newsletters, social media) to ensure parents are informed—a key driver of retention.
  • Conduct surveys of new parents on the enrolment process and other relevant topics.
  • Support with re-enrolment communications to increase parent retention.
  • Bachelor degree required. 
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer focused role in the UAE.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating on brand content is essential.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Arabic speaker is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and respectfully with parents in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent office management skills.
