Scope and Functions of the Role
The post holder will have the responsibility of leading the school Admissions team across the AlephYa group to attain the enrolment targets set for each academic year. In addition, this role will ensure a seamless customer journey through setting relevant policy, procedures, quality standards, customer service standards, and ensuring their delivery to all prospective students, current students, and leavers.
Key responsibilities
- Enrolment & Retention: Lead efforts to achieve the annual enrolment targets across all AlephYa schools and improve student retention.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage the AlephYa school-based Admissions team, including training and development for both new and existing team members.
- Admissions Process Oversight: Oversee the entire enrolment process, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all stages.
- Database Management: Manage the Admissions database and enhance the document management system for efficiency and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies in every aspect of the enrolment process.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Admissions Standard Operating Procedures.
- Staff Training: Create and deliver ongoing training sessions for school-based teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Data & Reporting: Support the Executive Committee and Board by compiling data, reports, and forecasts related to enrolments.
- Analytics & Dashboards: Develop and maintain enrolment analytics reports and dashboards to track performance and meet audit requirements.
- Conversion Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve enrolment conversion rates from inquiries through to registration.
- Regulatory Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with the relevant regulatory bodies, serving as the primary point of contact for enrolment and registration matters.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to devise strategies for attracting new enrolments and ensuring student retention.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: A relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in school admissions, with significant experience managing or leading enrolment operations.
- Multicultural Experience: Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
